  • Tire-to-value EPC

    A signed multi-million-dollar lump-sum turnkey EPC contract for a 45-tonne-per-day tire-to-value facility, under a joint venture structure.

    45 TPD facility
  • Industrial thermal drying

Two active engineering programs at roughly 30 tonnes per day: sawdust in Canada and sewage sludge in Turkey.

    Two programs, ~30 TPD each
  • Landfill gas-to-energy and carbon credit

A site in Turkey with two 1.5 MWe engines installed and already generating power, with carbon-credit-eligible capture.

    3.0 MWe installed
  • Creosote railway-tie conversion

An active technical engagement with a national rail-sector partner on thermochemical conversion of treated ties.

    Technical engagement
  • University co-pyrolysis research

A federally-backed research collaboration with a Canadian university research centre on co-pyrolysis and waste-to-value conversion.

    Active partnership

Flagship demonstration: Afyonkarahisar, Turkey.

Our Afyonkarahisar site is not a slide. It is a live, operating facility: two 1.5 MWe engines (3.0 MWe installed) converting landfill gas to power, already generating electricity. It is the clearest proof we can offer that our engineering translates into commissioned, running infrastructure.

Investors, industrial buyers and university partners can visit the site rather than look at photographs. Every future high-visibility build is run the same way: as a demonstration project with a defined commissioning milestone that becomes the next entry in the list above.

Residual-stream material briefs.

Five briefs from the PyrolTech+ residual-stream program, written for the people who hold those streams: the engineering question, the route we evaluate and what we need to start.

  • Residual streams

For the fractions conventional recycling leaves behind.

  • EPS foam

An engineering problem as much about freight as material.

  • Mattresses

One product. Several fractions. Different destinations.

  • Agricultural residues

Regional recovery routes for prunings, wood and residues.

  • Agricultural plastics

From difficult collection to a route worth testing.
